Membership Terms

Article 1 Purpose

These Members Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms and Conditions") stipulate the matters to be mutually observed between TOMORROWLAND Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") and members regarding "TOMORROWLAND MEMBERS TOMORROWLAND MEMBERS," which aims to allow members to enjoy shopping through a variety of services and information.

Article 2: Member requirements

  1. A "member" is someone who has approved these terms and conditions, applied to our company for "TOMORROWLAND MEMBERS" (hereinafter referred to as "Members"), and completed the required procedures.
  2. If a person who has applied for membership registration falls under any of the following items, the Company may refuse membership registration or cancel the registration once made without prior notice.
    1. If it is found that the member has been subject to disposition such as cancellation of membership registration due to violation of the terms of service provided by the Company.
    2. When false information is included in the application for membership registration
    3. If the user commits an act that violates Article 14 (Prohibited items) of these Terms
    4. delay or other failure to meet payment obligations, such as fees for goods or services;
    5. In the event of a violation of these Terms, or the "TOMORROWLAND ONLINE STORE Terms of Use" or other terms separately stipulated by the Company.

Article 3: Member's cards

There are two types of membership cards: "cards" that use magnetic or barcode cards, and "mobile cards" that use smartphones, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "members cards").
Members can have both a card and a mobile card.

    1. When applying for new membership at a TOMORROWLAND MEMBERS designated store (hereinafter referred to as the "Designated Store"), or when a member who already has a mobile card wishes to obtain a card, one card will be issued per person.

  2. Mobile card
    1. The mobile card can be displayed in the following ways and used as a membership card.

Customers who have registered as a member at TOMORROWLAND directly managed ONLINE STORE (hereinafter referred to as "directly managed ONLINE STORE "), or customers who have received a receipt or card for new membership at a designated store and have completed the prescribed membership registration, "My You can display or save the barcode from "page" and use it.
      2. After download the TOMORROWLAND official smartphone app to your smartphone or tablet, customers who have completed TOMORROWLAND Members registration can display or save the member barcode in the app menu "MEMBERS" and use it.
    2. Mobile cards cannot be used with feature phones.
    3. If the smartphone or tablet device is changed due to model change, etc., it is the member's responsibility to reacquire the mobile card.
    4. Members shall manage their mobile cards at their own responsibility.
    5. The mobile card can only be used by the person himself/herself and cannot be transferred or lent to anyone other than the person himself/herself.

Article 4: Joining fees/Yearly membership fees

There are no enrollment fees/annual membership fees for the TOMORROWLAND MEMBERS.

Article 5: Use of the member's card

  1. Members are required to present their membership card before payment when purchasing products at the designated store. Members can use the benefits of Article 6 only when they present their membership card. In addition, when purchasing products at the directly managed ONLINE STORE, you can use the benefits of Article 6 by logging in to the directly managed ONLINE STORE with your membership number or registered email address.
  2. If the membership card is deemed to have been obtained by fraudulent means, or if the membership card is forged, altered or fraudulently created, the card or mobile card cannot be used.

Article 6: Membership benefits

  1. Members can use the following point services.
    • TOMORROWLAND MEMBERS Points Accumulation
      TOMORROWLAND MEMBER'S POINTS (hereafter referred to as "points") stipulated in the following paragraph will be added only when all of the following requirements are met when purchasing products from the Company.
      1. Target stores: Our designated stores and directly managed ONLINE STORE
      2. Payment method: cash, credit card designated by the Company, gift certificates handled by the Company, other payment methods handled by the Company
      3. Not applicable: Repair fee, processing fee, consumption tax, delivery fee, purchase of TOMORROWLAND gift card, purchase of other products and services specified by our company. In addition, within the purchase amount, the amount equivalent to using points is not eligible.
      4. Points cannot be transferred to a third party.
    • How points are calculated
      Base points are calculated at a point rate corresponding to the value of purchases (excluding consumption tax) over the year.
      (Points for sale items and items sold at outlet stores are calculated at a uniform rate of 0.5% of the purchase value (excluding consumption tax) for each instance of sale.)
      Point rate for value of purchases (excluding consumption tax) over the year:
      Less than JPY 300,000 2%
      300,000~499,999 yen 5%
      ¥500,000 to ¥999,999 7%
      1,000,000 yen or more 10%
      The value of purchases for the year is the total value of purchases (excluding consumption tax) from March 1 of the preceding year to the last day in February of the current year, and is updated on March 1 each year. (In the event that a Members Card is not displayed, the amount of the purchase will not be added to the annual purchases.) When products are purchased through the Directly-Managed ONLINE STORE, the date of product shipment from the warehouse shall be designated as the date of purchase.
    • Expiration date of points
      If there are no purchases using the card for 2 years from the date of the last purchase, all points will be invalidated. The expiry date will be updated at the time of product purchase for MEMBERS Designated Stores, and at the time of order confirmation for directly managed online stores.
    • Adding points
      Points will be credited at the time of purchase at MEMBERS Designated Stores. Points will be credited after the product is shipped for purchases from the Directly-Managed ONLINE STORE.
    • Using points
      1. Members can use their point balance as 1 yen per 1 point.
      2. Points can be used to purchase products at our designated stores and directly managed ONLINE STORE (excluding the purchase of cash vouchers and use of excluded products designated by our company). In addition, points cannot be used for processing fees, repair fees, delivery fees, consumption tax, and purchases of products outside of stores.
      3. Members cannot redeem points for cash under any circumstances.
      4. Points can only be redeemed when a membership card is presented.
      5. Points cannot be transferred to a third party.
  2. By registering as a member, members can use various services designed and provided by the Company exclusively for members.

Article 7: Revision of registered content

  1. If the member’s registered information changes, the member shall promptly update the information.
  2. If the change registration under paragraph 1 is not made, the processing based on the already registered information will be deemed appropriate and effective, and damages caused by the change registration not being made will not be caused by our intention or negligence. We do not take any responsibility unless
  3. Even if the change registration in paragraph 1 is made, the transactions already made before the change registration will be carried out based on the information before the change registration.

Article 8 Management of membership number and password

  1. The member shall bear all responsibility for the use and management of the member number and password set, approved and registered by the member himself/herself at the time of member registration.
  2. The member shall not transfer, inherit, change the name of, lend, disclose or leak the member number and password to a third party.
  3. If it is found that the member number or password, etc. is being used illegally by a third party, or if there is a possibility of such use, the member shall immediately contact the Company.
  4. If the combination of the membership number and password matches and is logged in, the Company will consider it to be the login by the member himself/herself.
  5. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from problems in the use or management of the member's membership number, password, or email address, or unauthorized use by a third party.

Article 9 Loss or theft of membership card

  1. If your membership card is lost or stolen, please contact the Customer Center immediately. We are not responsible for any damages caused by not contacting us or any damages caused before contacting us.
  2. After receiving the above contact, we will reissue the membership card only when we have approved the procedure specified by our company.
  3. Cards for customers who have not completed member registration and receipts for new members cannot be reissued.

Article 10 Processing of returned goods purchased

  1. Members shall present their membership cards even when returning products purchased by presenting their membership cards.
  2. If you return the purchased product, the points equivalent to the purchase will be deducted.
  3. If the accumulated points become negative due to subtraction due to the returned points after use, you may be asked to pay in cash.

Article 11 Prohibition of holding multiple cards and barcodes

One member may not possess multiple Cards or multiple barcodes.

Article 12 Withdrawal

Members shall be able to withdraw from membership at any time, and shall follow the designated procedures when withdrawing from membership.
It should be noted that the member’s total points at the time of withdrawal and any member benefits will become invalid when the withdrawal procedure has been completed.

Article 13 Loss of Membership, Invalidation of Points

In the following cases, membership qualifications and accumulated points will be forfeit as a matter of course.

  1. If your TOMORROWLAND MEMBERS Card has not been used for 5 years
  2. If we determine that you have violated these Terms
  3. In the event that the Company determines that there is a deterioration in the member's credibility or other reasonable reasons that make it difficult to continue membership as a member.In addition, as stipulated in Article 6.1(3) of these Terms of Use, purchase products for two years from the date of last use. Accumulated points shall expire if they are not used.

Article 14 Prohibitions

Members shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Acts in violation of laws or acts related to criminal acts
  2. Acts of obtaining points by fraudulent means, or acts determined by the Company to be likely to do so
  3. Acts of using a member's card of a third party and acts of allowing a third party to use a member's card, regardless of whether or not permission has been obtained from the third party.
  4. Acts contrary to public order and morals
  5. Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 15 CARE of personal information

The member agrees that the Company will handle the member's personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.

Article 16: Requests to halt sales guidance and sending of printed advertising material and e-mails

If a member wishes to stop receiving promotional materials, e-mails, telephone sales calls, etc., the member can complete the necessary procedures on the ONLINE STORE My Page or contact the Company’s customer center.

Article 17 If you do not agree to these Terms

The Company may deny applications for membership to customers in the event that they do not wish to fill out the items required to obtain membership, or where customers do not consent to this Agreement. Additionally, even after obtaining membership, if members demonstrate that they do not wish to consent to this Agreement, the Company may carry out membership cancellation procedures. Furthermore, a member issuing a request to the customer center to halt telephone sales calls, the sending of printed advertising material, and e-mails defined in previous clauses, does not constitute a reason to refuse application for, or cancellation of membership.

Article 18 Changes to Terms and Services, etc.

  1. The Company may, without prior notice to members, change the contents of services related to members or the conditions for providing such services (including changes in point rates or point usage methods, suspension of point accrual, and abolishment of point services). , but not limited to this), and the service may be suspended or terminated.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage caused to the member due to the change, suspension or termination of the preceding paragraph.
  3. The Company may change the contents of these Terms in the following cases.
    1. When the change of this agreement conforms to the general interests of the members.
    2. When the changes to the Terms do not contravene the purpose of the Terms and are reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, the content of the change, and other circumstances related to the change.
  4. The Company shall notify the members of the content of the change and the effective date of the change in a manner deemed appropriate by the Company, such as by posting on the website designated by the Company or by e-mail. increase.

Article 19 Use of Directly Operated ONLINE STORE

Members shall comply with the "TOMORROWLAND ONLINE STORE Terms of Use" in addition to this Agreement when purchasing products through the ONLINE STORE operated by the Company.

Article 20 Disclaimer

In the event that the Company is liable to a member for damages, the Company's liability shall be limited to actual, direct and ordinary damages incurred by the user as a result of the Company's default or tortious act. However, this excludes cases arising from the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 21 Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction

  1. The governing law for this agreement shall be the law of Japan.
  2. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of first instance for all disputes related to these Terms.

Supplementary provisions
This agreement will come into effect on March 1, 2011.
