It is not completely waterproof and cannot withstand heavy rain.
Also, the effectiveness of the product will decrease over time, so recommend reapplying it with a commercially available spray or at a dry cleaner.
- By using ultra-high density MATERIAL and sewing techniques, we have strived to minimize the escape of feathers as much as possible in order to achieve lightness and comfort, but some feathers may still escape.
- When the ends of the hair start to come out, do not pull them forcefully. Instead, try to pull them back in from the other side as much as possible.
・If the product gets wet from rain or snow, do not leave it wet, but dry it thoroughly as soon as possible to prevent mold from growing on the feathers. When washing, follow the sewn-in instructions, and when cleaning, tell the customer that it is a Down product.
-If you wash it with water, we recommend putting it in the dryer after making sure it is completely dry in order to restore its fluffiness.
・Avoid high temperatures and humidity, and store loosely so as not to crush the fluffiness.
