``1917'' is a fragrance created in collaboration with ``Kunsthal Aarhus'', a museum established in 1917 in the Danish city of Aarhus. A modern interpretation of the classic Chypre scent.
Chypre is a fragrant family containing oakmoss, patchouli, and bergamot, and is derived from the Mediterranean island of Cyprus, which is said to have been producing perfume oil since BC. Aarhus is an industrial and cultural center facing the sea. FRAMA layers scents of rose, lilac and seaweed to create a modern chypre with the scent of lush summer Aarhus.
