I want to exchange or return an item purchased from the online store.

We accept exchanges for faulty items.
Please contact us via the inquiry form and include the information below.

・Your Member’s number (a 13-digit number, only for Member’s customers)
・Your order number
・The item code (an 11-digit number written on the product tag or care instructions)
・Color / Size
・Photos of the damaged area(s)

If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund instead.

We do not accept exchanges for personal reasons, like ordering the wrong size or not meeting the customer’s expectations.
If we deem the product to meet our return conditions, we will accept the product you want to return.
Please go ahead and place a new order for your desired product.
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering any return shipping fees.
If you return a product using pay-on-delivery, a flat rate of 1,100 yen (tax included) will be deducted from the refund amount.

* Products that cannot be returned
・Sale items
・Products that are dirty, scratched, or have an odor (due to pets, cigarettes, perfumes, cosmetics, etc.)
・Earrings
・Underwear and swimwear
・Cosmetics, perfumes, and nail care products
・Hand and body creams
・Toothpaste and detergent
・Room fragrances and diffusers
・Some leather products
・Any other products stating on the product page that they cannot be returned
・Products that have been repaired or had alterations
・Products that have been worn, washed, or dry cleaned
・Products with damaged, dirty, or missing product tags, price tags, or accessories
・Products in a significantly different condition than when they were delivered (including the packaging, box, accessories, and warranty card)
・Products returned without contacting us in advance
・Products for which 8 or more days have passed since being delivered
・Any other cases when we deem the product not to be resellable
